Pulse provides software for exterior remodeling contractors to manage operations such as scheduling, jobs, contacts, documents, communications, and related workflows.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We are not a party to any agreement between a contractor and their customers or crew, and we are not responsible for the work performed by any contractor.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, not interfering with or disrupting the Service, and not using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULSE EXTERIOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Exterior from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end, and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
